Mandarin Learning Center Refund Policy

The Mandarin Learning Center (MLC) offers Mandarin tutoring for our service, and we strive to make learning a language enjoyable as possible. We understand that learning can sometimes be difficult, so before asking for a refund we encourage students to do their best to push through any study difficulties and work with their tutor.

 

If you are not satisfied with our services or decide to stop learning for any reason, the MLC offers a full money back guarantee of any unspent tutoring time on your account at the purchased rate. Please keep in mind that even though we offer a full money back guarantee, we issue refunds only for unused portions of tutoring services. Refunds can be requested in writing, through our website contact form, or by phone.

 

Any physical materials (not limited to, but including items such as books, e-books, cards, or learning supplies) are non-refundable.
